Aluminum Front Bumper [Toyota Tacoma, 2016 thru 2023]

After exploring the bumper options for the Toyota Tacoma and installing a few, we knew there needed to be a better way, so we created our own. This bumper is specifically designed for the 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma. If you have ever installed a bumper on a Tacoma you know how cumbersome it is to bolt the bumper to the frame with a winch and lights installed, not to mention accessing the hardware or your winch after the bumper is installed. With this in mind, our bumper is designed in two pieces, a solid steel winch carrier with 1” shackle mounts and a lightweight aluminum shell that attaches to the winch mount. Now you can easily install the winch and carrier, route your wires and make sure everything is attached properly before attaching the aluminum cover. You also know that to install a bumper like this, you must cut your factory bumper and this can be a very stressful task to make perfect cuts that won’t look like a beaver mistook your sweet ride for his dam materials. We designed our aluminum shell to completely cover all cut lines, so even if you have to use a beaver and mangle the edges, they will be hidden from view. This bumper includes a bracket to mount up to a 30” LED light bar, like the Baja Designs S8, or multiple pods to the aluminum cover before installing it to the winch mount. Also included is the bolt-on RT light mount that does not interfere with the TSS, this can also hold up to a 20” LED light bar. Once fully installed, the solid aluminum shell will not rust, even if the included powder coat is compromised.

Aluminum Stubby Front Bumper [Jeep JL, JK, Gladiator, 2007-2023]

The lightest bumper for a Jeep Wrangler? Maybe, we haven’t investigated it, but our Alumilite bumper is ultralight! This is a minimalistic all aluminum stubby bumper that will fit 07-current Jeep Wranglers, yes it fits JK and JL’s as well as Gladiators. This bumper will not hold a winch and there is no winch carrier add on for it. Also, it will not fit your factory fog lights, that’s why we include the 20″ LED light bar in the center. In addition, it includes our bolt-on RT light mount which can accommodate up to another 20” light bar. If you need to mount more accessories, we added some slotted holes to the top for you to bolt-on whatever you desire. Just in case you need to be pulled out of somewhere there are two 1” steel shackle mounts bolted directly to the front bumper and through the frame, providing a convenient and safe place to pull from.

Add some style and durability to your 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra with this Alumilite bumper. The Toyota Tundra has always had a special place with us, and we believe this is the next evolution in bumpers for Tundra owners. This bumper can fit two square 3” cube LED’s, like the Baja Designs Squadron, and a 20” LED light bar, like the Baja Designs S8, fits under the included bolt-on RT light mount. This bumper fits trucks with and without front parking sensors and also accounts for the adaptive cruise control. Not only will this bumper be extremely light compared to its steel counterparts, it will also outlast them!

Aluminum Rear Bumper [Ford Raptor, 2017-2022]

Compliment your 2017-2021 aluminum-bodied Gen2 Ford Raptor with this Alumilite bumper. This bumper can fit 2-4 (depending on if you have the Adaptive Cruise sensor) square 3” cube LED’s, like the Baja Designs Squadron, a 20” LED light bar in the center opening, as well as a 20” LED light bar, like the Baja Designs S8, under the included bolt-on RT light mount. There is no frame cutting required to install this bumper and the Adaptive Cruise Control sensor, if present, bolts directly to the bumper and keeps it in the factory location. No need to relocate it or worry about it malfunctioning. The RT Light Mount is bolt-on, so if you do have the front-facing camera in the grille, you may want to leave off the RT Light Mount as it will be visible in the camera.
